I really enjoyed my tea tonight.

I was working till gone 7 so DH sorted him and the kids out and I only had to think about myself. Sat on the sofa in front of Harry Potter with a big tray of cheese, crackers, pate, nuts and olives and a glass of wine.

I’m now full of deliciousness and rounding it off with a bit of the absolutely amazing Divine cherry and almond chocolate. Was such a rare treat to just be able to eat what I fancied and not worry about everyone else! 😌

All sounds amazing! 👍

I love snacky teas, they're the best.

I made a skinny aubergine lasagne from the fast800 diet cookbook and it was absolutely heavenly. The ingredients were a bit odd when I was putting it together to say the least but it was well worthy of the effort. DH pulled a face so he had sausages and a jacket potato!

I made a chestnut mushroom risotto. Never made a mushroom risotto before, and I didn't follow a recipe. I added grated parmesan and white wine. It was delicious and DH, who is a confirmed carnivore, had two helpings. We're now having black forest gateau that I put in the freezer for Christmas and promptly forgot about.

I had a yummy evening meal. Salmon fillets in the air fryer, veg and potatoes

Now having a lovely cup of tea

I bloody love risotto, but no bugger here likes it, so I never make it. 😕

Make a huge pan just for you and have it for your lunch every day for a week! 😊

Tea is good.

I can't remember the last time I enjoyed my tea, ten days in to a nasty flu and still can't taste anything so I'm living through these posts! Your tea sounds fantastic. I think not having to think of anyone else adds to the flavour too, always makes it taste better 🤣
