Frozen baked potato

I'm having a bit of struggle thinking of what to make for my lunch tomorrow but then I have spotted those frozen baked spuds in my freezer. Problem is I can't really hog the microwave for 10 min but if i defrost it over night could I simply heat it tomorrow at lunch? Apologies for such a stupid question lol

I don't see why not?

They have to be cooked from frozen, go mushy if defrosted then cooked. Could you pop it in the microwave before the dinner rush, then just reheat for a min or two before you want to eat it.
