What does this button do joie swing

Been given a joie swing set
Figured it all out , all but one button/switch . Checked on line manual and it had the button/switch bit in red but doesn't say what it is.
Can't ask the person who had it, as found by a friend on Facebook.

I've just had a look online and there is another model that has a vibrate feature that is controlled by that button. Its probably cheaper for them to manufacture the same seat unit for both models and just have a dummy button in the non- vibrating version.

It is the vibration bit, undid all the covers and found the fiddly compartment
