Atomic habits 2025

Good morning everyone.

Anyone like to join me in putting in new habits for 2025?

This year I'm building on shaky routines that I began last year, which have resulted in so much progress. So this year is about cementing those, habit hooking and building new ones.

So far I've nailed a basic morning routine which means I've done laundry, kitchen, skincare, pet and all sorts of other tasks in the morning. And I feel amazing in my mind.

Evenings are more tricky due to different extra curriculars every night but sleep routine is good but can be added to get more things done.

The focus is on micro habits and micro improvements done consistently to achieve progress, NOT goals.

The aim is to be healthier, organised and less stressed.

So pick one thing that you'd like to do consistently, and let's take it from there.

Last year I instilled laundry, exercise and admin routines as well as lots of micro habits which have resulted in so much improvement and less stress. Plus I've saved loads of money too eg. Packing up all returns on the day I open them and leaving my keys on top of them so in actually get my money back.
