Calm carry. Anyone tried it?

I have chronic sleep issues. Unfortunately I now rely on sleeping pills which isn’t ideal. It’s a horrible cycle.

This keeps being advertised as a way to help you sleep

It’s pricey though. Anyone got one and can recommend??

Haven't tried it but I'm the same as you. Insomnia is a punishing condition

I used one for anxiety..particularly at work. It worked well. I don't need it anymore so will sell.

what does it actually feel like?
