Annoying iPhone pop up message

I keep getting this message on my iPhone SE since doing a software update. I can't work out what it's referring to or how to stop it. Any ideas?

I’ve had that too. Google was unhelpful, but I’m bumping in hope someone might have an answer.

Likewise very annoying
