How to gain weight?

Sorry to sound silly and I know this is an eyeroll for some!

but I really do want to fill out/gain weight. I used to be fuller had a bit of a bum and some boobs.

somehow after 2 dc I’ve lost weight in the slimmest I’ve been in years. But I’m 5’6 with long legs so I look lanky and I don’t really like my shape I look just like a stick and not nice I feel disgusting clothes hang off me the lot

but I don’t not eat? I eat 3 meals a day, some snacks and my portions are generous size tbh! I don’t know how I’m not gaining some weight

add butter and other high-calorie things to your existing meals? full fat milk or yoghurt, more cheese, that kind of thing?

Increase the fats in your diet, animal fats especially.
Think stews with non-lean meats and dumplings.
Real butter instead of margarine.
Whole milk.

A nutritionist told me meal replacement shakes like slim fast are great for putting weight on if you drink them alongside eating your regular meals so instead of replacing meals they are as well as meals
