Tooth Extracted Today

As per title, had tooth out today (unplanned). I've had extractions before so know the post care chat. However this one the clot has come away twice so far.

Once from sneezing
Second time bending to get soup out the freezer

Any hints or tips 💖

Oh...sounds not nice!
I've had extractions in the past as well, the last one was quite a while ago.
You know the post-care :try to get soft protein but yes any sudden change in movement involving the head such as bending down, and certainly sneezing could dislodge a clot, making it bleed and slowing down the healing process.
I guess there's nothing to add really, make sure you rest plenty, be careful when you drink anything, don't bend your head down, try to stifle a sneeze, and keep your tongue from touching the area.
Sleep well and heal!

Will try and rest as much as I can with a 17 month old 🤪 had a very exciting dinner of soup and a yoghurt with a side of pain relief 😂 have dispatched DH to get some more yoghurts and chocolate mousses. It's the biggest clot I've seen (back molar) 😳 even when they took my wisdom teeth out I don't recall the clots for them being a large!
