Hello! Having read the amazing things about probiotics I was wondering if me and my tween might start taking them and if anyone had any tips about which brand and how?
For example, do you need to eat them with food, with certain food groups to get full effect (I assume they need something to eat themselves)? What time of day is best? Empty stomach?
Has anyone noticed a big difference to their mood and health from taking them? I am hoping for a mood improvement and anxiety reduction for both of us.
On a side note I don't think my tween would take Keffir or other non supplement things.
And if anyone can recommend particular brands or strands of probiotic (e.g. which bacteria?) that would be useful. Just looking for experiences and tips!
