My daughter won her tribunal in December 2024,
my forms went in November 2022,
her award is from Nov 2022- Nov 2023
iv applied to the tribunal for statement of reasons,
when dwp called they questioned why it was this date & asked me to contact the tribunal for this reason.
dwp haven’t & wont be appealing the decision the backdate is on the way, however I can’t help feel because I was tied up in other family issues & didn’t send off extra evidence or keep in contact this is the reason why, but I still question why would they except she was entitled?
anyone been in the similar situation or any advice
