LinkedIn standard and premium

I have been paying £24 a month for as long as I can remember for premium LinkedIn. Does anyone else? What would happen if I got rid of it and went back to standard LinkedIn? What would I lose? I feel I have not got money's worth from it.

I occasionally use a free trial of Premium, but mostly stick with the free version.

What you'll lose is a lot of the insights into who is viewing your profile and interacting with your posts. And some abilities to send/direct messages to non-Contacts.

You really need to be working LinkedIn quite hard to get value from Premium. I've resolved to work LinkedIn harder this year, and when I reach the limitations of the free account I may go premium once I've built up some momentum to maintain.

I only activated Premium when considering moving jobs/actively job hunting - it can be useful to message recruiters, not have some profiles randomly hidden, and to see who's looked at you.

Now, my job requires some recruitment so they cover my membership. But personally I wouldn't pay for it unless I was looking to move.
