Talk to me about Pod Casts

I know I am probably late to the party but I have never listened to a pod cast!

Where do I down load them, are there free sites or do I have to pay for each one?

Any easy listening to start with (ideally whilst walking and gym).

I know I sound ancient, and generally quite techy but just never gone here before.

I always recommend a series called Lifechanging on BBC Sounds.
You won't be disappointed 🙂

I’ve downloaded Apple Podcasts and I’m heading down a rabbit hole!

If I need to feel like I'm sitting in the pub with some pals I listen to Titting About with French and Saunders. I also really like Katherine Ryan's Telling Everyone Everything - dont always agree with her but I love her openness and the style of her podcasts.

I also like And The Rest is Entertainment for a bit of movie, TV, music chat. I loved the Derren Brown Happy podcast. If I fancy freaking myself out Uncanny or Otherworld are good.

I also became a bit obsessed with podcasts about cults!! Once you get into podcasts it's hard to give it up. I listen to them when walking, exercising, cooking or doing housework.

A lot of the podcasts available through Apple podcasts are free. They have advertising which I usually skip through.

Me too!

That got me on to Real Survival Stories

I also love A Way With Words

I think on BBC Sounds I follow the podcast and Add to queue. I think that makes the next episode run right after the previous one
