Constantly cold - anyone else and what could it be?

I have always felt the cold but I think it’s became worse in recent years. I am 50 and in good health and pretty fit but: I am probably on the skinny side, possibly low iron and I do have low blood pressure. Could it be any of those?

Currently in a room that is 18.5 Degrees, wearing a big jumper and fleecy joggers and still feeling a bit cold.

Wearing a big jumper means nothing if when you move, air moves next to your skin too.
Try a thermal base layer which will make a huge difference. I got the extra warmth ones from Sainsburys.

Check the gas boiler flow to radiators. I couldn't figure why, when I had the temperature set to 23, actual room was 18. I had reduced flow as recommended to save money. Turning it back up, the rads got hot.
I daresay it's costing but I'll deal with that when I have to.

Reading elsewhere I can't believe how many people who are home all day either don't put heating on until evening for 2 hours or survive at 13 degrees.
They could pay the bills but would rather suffer in order to buy holidays etc. In the case of a lot of pensioners, they prefer their money in the bank.
I'd rather be warm and comfortable.
