My son is 3y1mo. He’s always been more of a melt down/tantrum type child

speech was delayed but is better now, he’s just under SALT for speech sounds

I feel like over Christmas break (he’s back in nursery Tuesday) he’s been so overwhelmed at everything overstimulated with everything it’s been so tough

I’m annoyed as I went to see my mum and she’s moaning that his other Nan can put some telly on and she has to, the other Nan is DH mum and I’ve told Dh to speak to his mum about that! I’ve said it politely but she’s not my mum so I can’t pull her on it.
my mum doesn’t respect my boundaries so he goes there and she’s constantly got telly on

i have a 10mo. Who doesn’t sleep well and is moving a lot so I am so drained

I feel so shit as a mum is there anyway I can help melt downs ??? It feels constant some days

I think too because my mum constantly picks at me and my parenting and says defensively it’s her giving advice when I try to defend myslef

i I always feel low when I leave
