Anyone else do this?

If you’ve managed to stop yourself from doing this, how did you do it?

My DH has always done this, when I asked him why he said he likes to know how much more sleep he can have!
We are retired now, so it doesn't really matter, but he still has his beside clock that not only tells him the time, but the temperature of the bedroom.🙄

I wake up because I’m worried I’ll sleep in for things - no idea why as I have an alarm clock! Really wish I could stop it.

I totally do this. And it's worse if I'm looking forward to something, or if I have something I need to do.

We have a clock that beams the time onto the ceiling. It doesn't stop the waking, but does mean you only have to glance at the ceiling.

I solved this problem by working nightshifts.....and barely sleeping all day🙄

I used to do this, and the only thing that stopped it was making myself NOT look at the time, because looking at the time doesnt chabge anything. Took a while, but now I generally sleep through.
