since turning 40 and having early menopause I’ve noticed I regularly (not always) get strange hiccups which I think are my version of heartburn Maybe. My feet sometimes get hot too.
Normally it’s only with wine but I did have some Prosecco last year that gave me terrible classical heartburn or reflux where I couldn’t lie down without burning coming up my oesophagus.
is it just a thing some people get once they are not young anymore.
iv had less than half a glass!
never had heartburn or weird hiccups in my 20’s and 30’s 😡
