Anyone else get Christmas blues?

I know Christmas has been over for some for a bit now, me and DP are lucky that we get 2 weeks off at Christmas. Back at work on Monday, kids back at school/nursery. It’s been so nice having us all off together for the past 2 weeks, just a chilled atmosphere, family visiting/visiting them. I just love Christmas🤣
I also love the build up too. Shopping, putting the decorations up etc. I feel like the build up gets me through. I’ll be fine come Tuesday once we all get back into the rhythm of things but I just feel sad today! Anybody else feel the same?

Well the 12 days of Christmas don’t finish until 6th January so a few days yet . Everywhere looks so dark when the decorations come down so I don’t understand the rush to get them down on Boxing Day! I think I miss the Christmas preparations and the busyness but try to replace that with plans for changes for the new year and maybe thinking about holidays.

I love Christmas so yes, feel a bit down when it comes to an end.
Took the decorations down on Wednesday but still have plenty of Christmas food & snacks to tuck in to.
I don't work (retired) but OH goes back on Tues 7th after more than 3-weeks off so it has been a lovely break.
