First parent book recommendation

My DS and partner are due first GC in February. They are both a bit anxious about the birth and early baby phase. For context, not sure if it’s relevant, but my DS was very premature and did have quite a lot of hospital appointments early on so he does have a bit of medical anxiety.
I would like to gift them a parenting help book that is useful for the early stages that is not condescending but has practical advice. Any recommendations please?

It's a while since now but I liked What to Expect When You're Expecting

Expecting better and Cribsheet by Emily Oster are both great (very data based so good for anxiety!). I also absolutely loved 'what mothers do, especially when it looks like nothing' by Naomi Stadlen
