There's nothing wrong with mid-thirties though, or even middle aged.

Why does it matter?

Late 30s starts at about 39 and 10 months. You can then spend a few years being "about 39"

I'm about to turn 34 and mid thirties sounds incredibly scary even though it is the reality. I feel like I only tuned 30 about 4 days ago 😭

Of course. Otherwise mid-30s would just be 35 and last a year!
