Been using klarna for a year ish, I got a phone from giffgaff and have been paying it off via direct debit with no problems.
Just found out from this month the date I get paid is changing to the 11th of each month, Klarna payment is due on the 4th of each month, so basically i would need to pay it then put the same amount away to pay it again for feb as I get paid after its due.
been in touch with customer services to see if they can change the date i pay from the 4th to anytime after the 11th and I was told no.
i can't afford to pay it twice out of one pay.
is there anything i can do?
