Family Admin - any app recommendations?

I am thinking about how we can manage our family admin better. Kids activities, parents calendars, doctors appointments, possibly meal planning / shopping lists etc. Anyone use a good one?

I’ve been trying to use Alexa more effectively- sync with shared Google calendar, create lists and reminders etc

Not sure if anyone else has had success using Alexa for this (and slightly afraid of her “knowing all my business”)

We use FamilyWall, it’s changed my life!

We use cozi for this. We used the free version for years but now pay just to support it really. The extra features are good though.
