Anyone watched the Royal Institution Christmas lectures on the food we eat (and UPF)?

I've just watched them and they are really excellent. Definitely worth a watch even though they are aimed primarily at kids.

Chris VT presenting so it's partly about processed foods and our changing diets.

I saw something about UPFs CVT did a bit before Xmas, but it was him sitting in his kitchen etc so probably not The Lectures?

No this is the annual Royal Institution Christmas lectures. On BBC iplayer. Really well explained and worth a watch.

Watched on BBC 4, the last 3 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed and recommended to our DGC.

I watched then & thought they were very informative - for adults as well as children. I thought the demonstration of how the food industry manufactures UP foods was really well done.
