New Years Day - Hangover Support thread!!!

Hi all
Anyone that is nursing a hangover today - can get support here. Both me and DH very rough. I have had 2 showers and starting to feel normal again now. I think it’s the broken sleep that has been the worst. DCs have been good today. Lots of watching films. We are definitely feeling sorry for ourselves. Dry January starting today!

My family all has hangovers today too. DS is planning to do dry January. It's not for me, but I won't be drinking today. We are going out for a curry later.

Yeah I’m a bit cross with myself! Wanted to go home early, have a quiet night and feel good today. That did not happen. I’m basically on the count down until bedtime.

But rough first thing. A drive to the coast, car picnic 😆 and walk along the beach has improved me no end!

Didn't do the sea swimming/NY dip but after a very sunny morning, the hail and howling wind this afternoon meant I felt I had!
