I'm sure I recognise him and his voice. Is he an actor?

My sister thinks he might be but we can't think who! Respective husbands don't recognise him!

dunno - but whenever Im geared to watch something on YT and his face
and creepy voice come on “ I need to talk to you “ I quickly hit the ‘Skip’
button, whilst expostulating or occasionally screaming - his tone makes
me shudder

for a fundraiser this is abysmal cynical, staged

@VacuumPacked this is the very reason that my sister and I want to know who he is as I instantly recoil when I see the advert appear!

I showed my sister and she feels the same!

It seems like very bad acting and his fake earnestness made us think he is an actor!
