Does anyone know much about them? I tried to cancel an order with them under UK online selling regulations but they refused. Luckily, Paypal agreed I could. They claim to be a UK based company established by a teenager during 2020. If they are UK based though they have to allow cancellations, no? For anyone who doesn't know the company they sell a variety of jewellery, mostly aimed at teenagers.

Oh and to avoid a dripfeed! Their customer said they would not dispatch orders until 2nd Jan. Yet mine was sent on the Boxing Day afternoon after I had attempted cancellation. So now I have to mess around and try to get CS to send me a return label for the order because Paypal refunded me.
