Has anyone tried this ? How was it ?

I am thinking of giving it a go in the new year so if anyone has used it would love to hear your opinions

It was good-but beware it takes up a lot of room! You get to know what you find tastiest.

Hi,
I was a little sceptical at first. And it's costly!
However 4 weeks in and just started my second box and I've lost 18lb!
The portion sizes are a bit of an eye opener, but you eat loads of fruit and veg - and I've not been hungry once!
The best part - you are eating curries and lovely prepared meals. Other diet plans have made me obsessive about food - always thinking about it, overtaking all my thoughts all of the time. With Jane plan the hard work is done for you ( it should be at the cost)!
I've signed up for the 4 month plan. The first month I just picked one of each option (bar beef or lamb as I don't eat these). On my second box I've managed to tweak the menu more to my liking. The food is veg heavy, hardly any meat at all. The portions have made me realise how little I need to eat - but focusing on the fruit/ veg first has made me plate my food differently.
You could consider just getting one box to try (however, this is the most expensive way- but at least you are not committing to a plan at this point)
Good luck which ever way you choose😍

Oh God what a waste of money. The food is really poor. Struggled through a month and we threw the rest away.

I found really useful - as it takes away all the thinking and planning for you. And helps you with thinking about portion size and snacks when you go off plan.

DH is househusband and cooks for himself and kids. So easy enough just to sling my Janes plan meal in oven/microwave at same time.

Taste wise they are fine. They are ready meals so never going to be amazing but as they are low sugar/fat tend not to be filled with worst fillers and gloop of bad ready meals. I found some pretty tasty.

Seem to remember all the breakfasts were shit though.

I think the food is surprisingly good. I found it really useful to not stress about weighing out portion sizes.

I only ordered 1 box and may order another soonish. I think it's pretty fairly priced but I felt it was slightly hard to justify for more than that because it's only me using it and the price seems quite a lot in a one lump.

It worked reasonably well for me but it would probably suit someone living on their own or who didn't mind the rest of the family eating freely.

I liked the breakfasts but they were all sweet and I prefer savoury for breakfast but that's probably harder to do the way they are prepared.

Also I added lots of berries to the breakfasts

Total waste of money. Meals very small(you’ll have to fill up on fruit and veg) and really not tasty as advertised. Horrified when I opened a Chicken Korma meal to find the rice an unpleasant shade of green. I sent a photo and was offered refund or replacement needless to say I chose refund.
Certainly won’t be recommending Jane Plan to anyone.
