And if you do, do you know of any camping grounds within the city? Or cheap accommodation which is ok? Hostels/rentals etc?

I’m booking for June and everything is hugely expensive!!

From Cork but don't live there. Midleton is on a train line to Cork, it's really nice and might be cheaper.

I genuinely don't know of any camping grounds in Cork and I know the city well. Will you be using public transport or do you have a car?

Half the price of the Premier Inn and looks nicer tbh. It was beginning to look like a super expensive weekend - I’ve already bought gig tickets and flights- it’s a surprise for my friend.

@ObieJoyful where did you book if you don't mind sharing? And what gig? Not much happens here so I'd be interested to know what brings the visitors in
