would you go on? Any in TV history. I'd go on Tipping Point or that one where you guess letters and slowly a word is revealed.

Ooh when I was younger I always wanted to have a go on Cilla Blacks ‘The moment of truth’. They always had decent looking prizes that apparently the entrants chose themselves (don’t know whether they actually got them though as they were often things like a family trip to the Bahamas!!)

PoissonOfTheChrist · 29/12/2024 21:26

Bruce's price is right

PrettyFlyforaMaiTai · 29/12/2024 21:27

Mastermind or Only Connect

Maybe Tipping Point because I find most of the questions easy 🤣

I loved that show as a young child! I was about 6 when it was big.

YesExactlyYes · 29/12/2024 21:40

Mastermind. I do OK on the general knowledge (when shouting at the telly 😄) and I can think of several specialist subjects I'd be confident to score well in.

AutoP1lot · 29/12/2024 21:41

I love a game/ quiz show but I'm incredibly camera shy so I'd never go on one. I enjoy all sorts: Millionaire, Catchphrase, Eggheads, Pointless, Mastermind, Wheel of Fortune, Family Fortunes...

CyprusRescueDog · 29/12/2024 21:43

I went on The Chase and won. I'd like to do Millionaire or Mastermind

teaandtoastwithmarmite · 29/12/2024 21:43

I auditioned for tipping point!

Middlemarch123 · 29/12/2024 21:47

Only Connect
Mastermind

Pointless. I love watching it. I have a fantasy that I could apply with my son, who knows a lot about music, films and sport. I think we could do quite well in the early rounds. We'd have to be incredibly lucky to win the money, though. I usually look at the topics and laugh. Couldn't even get any answer on some of them, let alone a pointless one. So it remains a dream.

High five from a fellow Chase winner! I’d love to go on Only Connect for a real challenge, but you don’t win anything 😂

Clevs · 29/12/2024 21:59

1% Club or Countdown.

Eyesopenwideawake · 29/12/2024 21:59

I'd love to go on one but not resident in the UK

CyprusRescueDog · 29/12/2024 22:08

@FuckItItsFine I don't think I'd get far on Only Connect 🤣

RobertJohnsonsShoes · 30/12/2024 21:16

The ant and dec one. I can't remember what it's called but you can be as thick as pig shit and still win massive

Richard Osman's House of Games. I know it's more lighthearted than some, and the contestants probably only do it to raise their profile, but some of them are pretty thick.

JohnTheRevelator · 21/09/2025 17:23

Showing my age here! I always thought Sale of the Century looked like a good quiz show to participate in. All those nice prizes you could buy with your prize money!

I love this programme!

I was in Pointless 7 years ago and has a great time. Won the trophy but did not get a pointless answer.

jettisoned · 21/09/2025 17:55

Bullseye 🎯

Iloveyogurt · 22/09/2025 10:19

Fun house by a country mile. Or Finders Keepers. Not quiz shows strictly but they looked amazing fun! For a more grown up version, supermarket sweep. Think I just like to idea of charging around a film studio after inflated oversized items 😂
