I'm going to make spag bol, chilli , sheperds pie but im trying to think of something else

I make something like this regularly. The kids love it. And goes just as well with noodles. I usually throw a pack of stir fry veg in too.

Make your cottage pie but top with a mash of both potato and parsnip with horseradish sauce stirred through it.

There’s a great slow cooked meatball recipe I’ve seen on tik tok with onions, mustard, garlic and stock and you serve it with mash. It’s really good.
