Have some quorn ham in the fridge with a use by of Xmas Eve. Would you still eat it? Looks fine and packet is unopened.

Perhaps if it looked and smelled like it should do. The date is pretty long so it's not going to turn into poison a day or two after. I ate some 3 days past once and it was fine.

Nope it's very likely to make you unwell It's a fungus based slurry made into ultra processed product
Tbf I wouldn't eat it if it was in date
Bbf is quality use by is about food safety
