What are you adding in for 2025?

I really dislike giving things up and it never goes well for me so I’ve decided next year to focus on adding in more good things and hope in time I’ll naturally reduce the ‘bad’ things I need to. I’ll be adding in
2 litres of water daily
weight lifting daily (even just 1 rep)
daily reading (at least one page)
5 fruit or veg and a protein shake

what would you like to add in for 2025?

I am adding in more stretching. After having a couple of instances this year where I've hurt my back or neck it has become something I really want to focus on.

I've signed up to a weekly yoga class which I'm really looking forward to.

More reading was my New Year resolution a couple of years ago and I'm really pleased that it's a habit that has stuck. I read every night before bed now and absolutely love it. So adding in small things can definitely make a difference.

What a great idea for a thread OP. I'm going to add in reading more books, I've managed 20 this year and would like to get to 30.
I'd also like to add in daily Sun Salutations, I always feel better for doing them, but managed to get out of the habit. Will follow for more inspiration!

Regular stretching and reading, I’m also going to try and do a bit of a creative writing as well
