I really dislike giving things up and it never goes well for me so I’ve decided next year to focus on adding in more good things and hope in time I’ll naturally reduce the ‘bad’ things I need to. I’ll be adding in
2 litres of water daily
weight lifting daily (even just 1 rep)
daily reading (at least one page)
5 fruit or veg and a protein shake
what would you like to add in for 2025?
