Saturday night. DH on works night. DC doing own thing. I am soo bored

No friends around plus I might need to pick up DH but no time given for this, so i couldn't go out anyways. I don't really watch tv I don't read or sow or knit or cook. It's only 5pm what to do for the whole eve. I'm very restless. My gym is shut now

Not very helpful but I wish I had the house to myself right now ...

Kids have argued all day and dh has been gaming and Im just craving for some peace and bloody quiet

Once teas done everyone can bugger off to bed 😂

Sounds like my ideal Saturday night frankly!

If DH wants a lift he needs to communicate what time so you can plan round it.

Maybe change gyms to one that's open on a Saturday evening.

Go for a walk

Plan a room to decorate

Download candy crush

Nap

Do some yoga
Change your bedding

I can find loads to do if on my own in the day - 10 mile walk, food shopping, spring clean the house, gym, returning numerous parcels (lot of on line shopping!), gym. Just pottering really but always jobs/errands to do. If DH is here we might go to the pub for a few or watch a series we've been watching together. I rarely watch tv and only really if something me and dh can both get in to. He might cook us a nice dinner.

I'm feeling very much Billy no mates tonight in RL. Can't have a drink as no idea when I might have to go and get DH.i wouldn't go to a pub on my own, not got the bottle to do that. The dog has been walked and shattered now.

Perhaps your new years resolution could be to try some new hobbies. Tonight's task could be researching what they might be.

Your posts give the impression that your life revolves around being there and doing things for/ with your family and that you are a bit lost without them?
