Jewellery recommendations

I have been asked to buy a relative a piece of jewellery for her 70th birthday. The actual giver wants it to be a surprise. Any recommendations for a £50 budget please?

Do you have a clue what sort of jewellery she has already? Gold/silver, preference for earrings or bracelets etc?

Jewellery is such a personal thing.
It will likely be a surprise alright, especially if you don't know anything about the woman's taste in jewelley!

You really have to know the person you're buying for quite well.
I mean, yes, silver or gold, earrrings; large or small and sparkly, or small or large and simple?
Bracelets, some are too large and annoying to wear, ( or too small) simple or ornate? Coloured, gold or silver?
Unless you do have an idea, or can get more information before you go looking, I don't envy you that favour you've been asked to fulfil.

She prefers gold. Likes blues, greens, wears bracelets necklaces earrings, nothing too blingy.

Have a,look at Annie Haak they do some lovely stretch stacking bracelets a little over budget but come in different sizes, but easy to get on for anyone that would struggle doing up clasps.

Do you have an antique centers near you? They often have some pretty and unusual jewelry .
