Why is Hive so bloody useless

So I came home opened the app and I'm logged out. No idea why. Log back in and no link to the thermostat. Husband is owner - I send a new invitation and it says something has gone wrong don't log in with the other persons details (I'm not) give in and create a new account. Same message. fFS.

Can’t be much help but solidarity. I hate our Hive with a passion, doesn’t stay connected, according to the helpful man at the Hive call centre, it’s because we have walls in our house 🙄

so what happens if the owner logs in, how does it know you are not the owner if you use the owners log in

Who knows!! There are two trusted devices on his account. I keep getting error messages and can't access the hive account status thing for some reason
