Did anyone else buy the boba tea Wednesday cup from B&m?

DS has thrown the tag away so we only have the balls and no bloody idea what to do with them but he would like to make it NOWWWW 🙄

If anyone has the tag and could send a photo I would be super grateful!!

You usually have a tea (e.g. green tea) and a flavoured syrup alongside the balls. Dd doesn't like the texture of the tapioca and prefers the fruit balls you get.

GetDownkeith · 28/12/2024 13:43

Can’t believe it doesn’t come with one of the mixes you just add water to. Dd buys them all the time. TK Maxx usually have them in if that helps.

B&M /home bargains also stock the mix stuff. I thought you wanted to do it right then, that's why I linked recipes. You can pick the mixes up easily

In a typical bubble tea kit you get a fruit/green tea bag and a flavoured syrup, seems weird it only includes the tapioca!

Do you have any fruit tea?

Christmasdreaming · 28/12/2024 14:06

Dd uses lemonade with squash then pops the balls in!

Make a tea in a cup of boiling water.
Boil the boba balls in a pan of water for 5-10 minutes but make sure to keep mixing them so they don't stick together.
Drain all the water from the pan then add the put the boba balls and the cup of tea into the Wednesday cup.
Add sugar if you want to make it sweet.
