Twitter suspension for no reason?

Just curious if anyone else has had this.

Started my account in November to ask a company something about an issue - the problem was solved and I just forgot about it.

Just received an email saying I've been suspended for "inauthentic activity" 🙄 I assume it's a bot thing as I've not logged in ever since!

Why do you care if you don’t use it?

I don't care as such, just wondering if it's happened to other people that's all - anyway, I asked elsewhere and apparently it's happened to thousands of others too, so there's my answer I guess!
