Robot vacuum - Boxing Day sales?

I’ve been thinking of getting a robot vacuum for a while now. We have a baby, a dog (who doesn’t shed but manages to get sand, gravel and all sorts everywhere!) and hard wood floors. We currently have a corded shark which is great but it’s a bit of a pain to lump about the house so we don’t hoover as much as we should…
Is it worth getting a robot vacuum? My thinking is to put it on before we go to bed every night.
Can anyone recommend a good one that has the mapping function? Budget of up to around £350 but ideally less. Thanks!

I have a Eufy 11s it's their most basic model but it does a great job .
I definitely recommend getting one.
You just have to remember to keep things shoe laces , headphones wores , charge cables , power cables out of its way but it becomes second nature to tuck things away.
Mine runs while I'm at work so I don't see or hear it at all except at weekends.
And yes you will talk to it !

Thanks for the advice! I’ve heard people name them, does yours have a name?

Also how long does it take? Is it noisy?

Ha ha no he doesn't have a name (unless you count get out of the way ! ) * *

It runs for a little over a hour and that's plenty for my ground floor or upstairs ( 2 up 2 down ) .
It takes 5 ish hrs to recharge.
Because it only has one docking station that lives downstairs if I use it up stairs I have to grab it and bring it back down to charge.

It's no where near as loud as a normal vac but you'd have to turn the radio up a notch or two .
