I would usually have a piece of toast but it was profiteroles and fresh cream today and very nice too!

Bucks Fizz, two huge croissants and a few Quality Streets 😋

We had a normal day yesterday as DH was at work so the eating and drinking starts today!!!

Planesmistakenforstars · 26/12/2024 11:49

Roast potatoes, black pudding, pigs in blankets, stuffing. Washed down with a mug of tea, approximately half filled with sugar.

UndeniablyGenXmasOfAWomblingMerryType · 26/12/2024 11:49

No, I ate the leftover mashed potato from yesterday 😄

MissDoubleU · 26/12/2024 11:50

Cheese/crackers leftover from the cheese board and two hotel chocolat chocies. Perfectly normal Boxing Day morning feasting

StopStartStop · 26/12/2024 11:52

Normally, hard boiled eggs with butter.
Today, frittata (egg, potato, onion).
So, same but different. A bit fancy.

ApparentlyRockBottomHasABasement · 26/12/2024 11:54

I had a normal breakfast today and yesterday.
I have just stuffed a load more quality street down my neck though. No idea why though, they’re bloody awful chocolates.

Radishknot · 26/12/2024 11:56

Nope, pastries & then tea with choc biscuits

FuckoffeeBeforeCoffee · 26/12/2024 11:57

I was super gross.

Cold potatoes, stuffing balls and gravy.

I bloody loved it.

Chickenlitter · 26/12/2024 11:58

I had a full Christmas dinner for breakfast - I forgot to take my nut roast to my mums yesterday so I only had veg yesterday - so had it for breakfast this morning - very nice it was too 👍

Elektra1 · 26/12/2024 11:59

Slice of Yule log slipped down a treat!

debauchedsloth · 26/12/2024 11:59

I'm had Christmas cake. Best breakfast ever

Tortielady · 26/12/2024 12:00

My normal toast and coffee this morning. I'm contemplating a chicken sandwich for lunch; the chicken isn't left-over roast (no point in roasting a bird. DH is a veggie and of our two cats, only one is interested in human food, so it would be a waste.) We are thinking about cheese, biscuits, pickles and left-over latkes from yesterday for tonight's supper 😋

Mashroom · 26/12/2024 12:01

Not had breakfast just coffee ☕️
these are funny breakfasts though 😂😂

kittyycatt · 26/12/2024 12:02

I had raspberry, double cream and meringue. Followed by half a lindt Santa.

PokerFriedDips · 26/12/2024 12:02

I don't normally have breakfast at allbut at Christmas we always get a bottle of gold-top milk and some chocolate granola so I had some of that, and there's enough left for some tomorrow too then I shall return to no-breakfast normal.

CheeseDreamsTonight · 26/12/2024 12:03

Not really - I had Christmas jam on toast and snapped a bit off 4 different types of cheese to go with it. Was marvellous!

Eminybob · 26/12/2024 12:04

Cheese and pate on crackers, followed by a couple of spoons of trifle while standing at the fridge.

We usually have a hash made from Xmas dinner leftovers but for once DH didn't over cater the spuds and veg. Him and the DC had turkey sandwiches.

msmatcha · 26/12/2024 12:04

Full English and champagne

SootspriteSearcher · 26/12/2024 12:10

I had a packet of biscuits and tea!

My daughter has had pop tarts and now because she's still hungry a packet of supernoodles 🤣

DiamondGoldandSilver · 26/12/2024 12:12

Popcorn, then scrambled eggs with fresh parsley. Also a bit of leftover beef made its way into my mouth. Delicious!

Enterthedragonqueen · 26/12/2024 12:13

French toast with lots of fresh fruit, coffee & celebrations.

ThisZingyBlueFish · 26/12/2024 12:15

Coffee and a big slice of pavlova for me!

itsgettingweird · 26/12/2024 12:16

Christmas pudding and thick cream.

So no!!!

But I'm going for it doesn't count as that was pudding for Xmas dinner I was too full to eat.

So "technically" I'm still a meal down 😉

Bluevelvetsofa · 26/12/2024 12:20

Strawberries, raspberries and grapes, with Greek yoghurt, a drizzle of honey and flaked almonds. Usually have that, but the salted peanuts are looking at me and I may crack open the Yule log fairly soon. Or warm up the Christmas pud with brandy butter or brandy cream or vanilla cream. Or finish off the raspberry roulade.

Pearbear · 26/12/2024 12:22

Chocolate biscuits from M&S. Sent my dad home yesterday with the leftover Christmas pudding and regretted it when I woke up but biscuits did hit the spot.
