Unwell with flu

Despite my vaccine I have caught the flu.
Sore throat, blocked nose and headaches !!

Christmas dinner was a pain but not as bad after a couple of paracetamol and for just 3 adults and a DC. I could hardly eat. Couldn't drink any alcohol.

Anyone else in this situation who's been unwell over Christmas.

Yep. All really ill here too, as were the family members we were having Christmas with. We all just about got through lunch, no alcohol, but managed just a couple of hours before we were all in our own homes. I was in bed by 4pm.

Me too. I had no voice at all yesterday. It's come back a bit today but I'm now full of snot and it hurts to cough. How I managed to cook Xmas lunch for 10 I don't know. No alcohol either.

If it was flu, you wouldn't be posting today. Its probably rsv

Day 4 and still not feeling better. 😕

I tend to fall sick every December. 100 % of the time. There's never been a single Dec where I was healthy.
