second quote 2 days later - £xx +2
I explained original quote, they agreed.
skip to tonight, they turn up 20 mins early - we say we’re not ready until agreed time.
At destination they ask for fare + £7 - we say what we were quoted, can office don’t want to know and put phone down. Driver rapping on our door shouting for payment. We didn’t refuse to pay - just agreed to pay £2 more than quote, but he wouldn’t accept. What do we do?
