Four places abroad, three months each

I'm thinking taking a year "out", a late - very, very late - gap year I guess. Lucky to be in a position to make this realistic financially.

So, spending three months living in a rental, travelling around that area and all the places that come within reasonable reach. Then moving on.

I've thinking Wellington NZ, and taking in Australia and Fiji and other S hemisphere islands. Maybe china? And, if I can stand it with Trump, California.

Where would go go?

Japan (Sapporo). Croatia (coastal - maybe Split). Argentina (Buenos Aires).

Random, but that's where I would go!

Oh I only listed 3.... maybe the west coast of Ireland (in summer).

Very much depends where you have already been or not been! For me it would be South America, NZ, Canada, Japan. I'd also like to go to California and New York. I've done Europe extensively but if I hadn't then Italy would definitely be on the list and Greek island hopping.
