EUPD child clashing with autistic child

After another exhausting Christmas trying to referee my 2 kids, I have come here to see if anyone has any experience of raising kids with varying diagnosis that find it hard to co exist. My daughter is the older of the 2 and lives in a nearby town, she has a diagnosis of EUPD. Her brother is 16 and is has an autism and lives at-home. Every time my daughter comes home ,it ends with massive rows, they just can't be nice to each other and it is exhausting. I can't seem to find any support anywhere for this problem. Anybody have any experience or suggestions?

I think the only thing you can do is separate them I have two with asd and very different needs. It seems wrong to do things separately but it might be best all round.
