Help needed - undercooked Brownies

I baked some brownies earlier today and followed the recipe. I took them out and left to cool completely, but just gone to cut them up and they’re entirely raw inside. Can I put them back in the oven even though they’re completely cooled now? Other than being raw they look delicious 😂

Yes you can cook them again. I love gooey to the point of raw brownies! Delicious!

How long did you have them in for and at what temp. Usually 25/30 mins should be enough. did you put them in the fridge? It take chocolate a long time to start to solidify after being melted.

Yes, just pop them back in again for 5 minutes, and serve warm.

Thank you all - I did them for 30 mins at 160 which is what the recipe said and they have been settling in the fridge too. Will pop them back in for a bit. I am a bit paranoid about undercooked egg as am pregnant!

If they are lion stamped then you are fine pregnant or not.

Ooh I’ll go check, they should be as they’re just from Sainsbury’s.
Brownies are back out and cooling again!
