Nausea after this flu?

Anyone else with the severe nausea after this awful flu that’s going around? I’m over the fever etc and would be feeling semi-normal again if it wasn’t for the severe nausea that I’ve had now for the last 2.5 days 😩😩

I’ve had an upset stomach since Friday and had to run to the bathroom within about an hour of eating anything at all so my stomach is rumbling CONSTANTLY but the nausea is making it impossible to actually eat 😩

I had it at the end of October, the nausea came on after because I had a constant nasal drip. I’m still not fully recovered, still suffering with sinus headaches and feeling sick. My GP said it’s taking a lot of time to go

Yes, we all had the nausea. I am sat here trying to steel myself to go into work for the last few hours pre Christmas, I am struggling to get and lost 6lb last week.

Do you have the random hurty bits of your body. I seem to have pulled a muscle in my neck last night.

Yes, neck ears nose..... but I'm on week 7 nearly 8.

Sparkling water with lime helps. It's like morning sickness on steroids.

@Growsomeballswoman It’s awful isn’t it?! Seems to be taking forever! Hope you’re back to normal soon!

@jupiterhigh I don’t weigh myself so have no idea how much I’ve lost but definitely a significant amount - I can feel it in all my clothes. How long did your nausea last?

@Growsomeballswoman Oh, I don’t know that I can try the sparkling water - that would make me gag at the best of times 😅
I had a slice of dry toast yesterday and it’s the first thing that’s stayed in my belly since Thursday so I’m attempting another one just now 😓

Sorry I am still very much in it, hence the shocking grammar Blush

Olbus oil helps because it's a clean comforting small
