Blackpool pleasure beach

I went to Blackpool pleasure beach recently. Is it just me, or do some of the rides feel like they are really unsafe?

I'm not dissing the park. It's a great place.

But I've been to loads of other theme parks, and I've never felt like that anywhere else.

Has anyone else felt like that there?

We go regularly to Blackpool as dancers. There is no way in hell we would go on those rides! But I think they sum the place up well blush.

We do love it though!

I was really scared on one of them!

That steeplechase one often gets a mention. I guess we're used to a sanitised world and expect total safety but Blackpool is a bit old school in that regard.
