Couldn't get an NHS dentist so had to go private. I've never needed a crown before. So flipping expensive😔

That sounds about right. My crowns years ago on the NHS were £300 each. But it was last you a long time.

Dental work is crazy expensive here. I know two people who resorted to Turkey for treatment (non cosmetic so no gleaming white teeth) and even after factoring in the flights and hotel it was still loads cheaper. Personally I'd be too scared to travel abroad for work but I get why people do it.
