Apart from the few specific days like Christmas Day, I'd like to use the next two weeks to have a bit of a "reset"
I'm thinking of eating well, sleeping earlier, reading instead of staring at my phone.
I'm not sure how realistic I'm being as there are busy days too, but I feel like I have to do something.
January is usually the time but going back to work doesn't give time for rest.
Wondering if anyone does similar?
