Grievance?

Okay so, I’m sorry for my influx of posting but I just need some advice.

  1. I’m leaving my job. An incident happened 2 weeks before leaving.
  2. i went off sick from work after something was thrown at me supposedly accidentally.
  3. I self certified first. Then got a fit note from the doctor that stated “distress caused by injury in the workplace. Headaches as a result.
  4. At no point during my sick leave did my manager leave me alone. I had multiple messages saying “can you send me xyz or i need the information about abc” then texting my personal phone asking my to complete certain things.
  5. I did what was asked. I was annoyed I had to as I was essentially signed off. Mainly due to stress/distress caused by the injury. But my manager wouldn’t leave me alone.
  6. I had an evening out (pre booked) with a friend of mine ( ex manager) thats nursed me through other incidents that took place while I was employed here (racism/bullying etc).
  7. they didn’t see eye to eye with her as she told them the behaviour was unacceptable
  8. we went to watch the orchestra while I was signed off. Someone from work saw me.
  9. he went straight to the HT of of school and made a complaint that I was out with her and that he had the “right mind to tell me about myself for being out and off sick”
  10. the HT told EVERYONE on the senior leadership team that I did this
  11. the HT told EVERYONE in the middle leadership meeting
  12. The HT gave a normal teaching colleague the “go ahead” to tell everyone I was out while signed off. So she did exactly that.
  13. the HT and my line manager said they were “fucked off to say the least” and that “they left a bottle of wine and card on my desk because they couldn’t stand the sight of me when I came in to collect my things”
  14. therre was comments made in the staffroom that I should be reduced to SSP rather than full pay as that’s what we get when we’re off sick.
  15. my reason for being off sick was made known to others.
  16. i had to contact my union today as I panicked.
  17. they said I was signed off and not supposed to be chained to my house and I needed to stop worrying but look into maybe taking a grievance or writing a letter to the governors to address the toxic culture of bullying.
I’ve heavily considered it. I’ve dealt with racism here/ bullying by staff and now this. I find it highly unprofessional. Help?

Do what your union say

You've posted about this many, many times now?

Is there a reason? It's all coming across a bit unhinged to keep posting about the same thing/incident.

Are you not getting the answers you want?

It’s escalated from where it initially was. So yeah maybe I am unhinged.
