Surely this would just encourage certain people to be argumentative? I would like MN to be z sea of calm. Sometimes it isn’t but it’s of no benefit to anyone when something becomes a bun fight.

It's bad enough as it is with some of the replies to people on here.
Agree with you that I don't want it any more bitchy than it already is. I prefer someone to just communicate their point of view in a reply/ quote.

I would settle for reactions being public, so we can see how much agreement there is on the more eye raising posts.
