I have three times as many nostril hairs and my nose is three times as drippy, and this seems to result in nine times as many "bats in the cave". It's very dispiriting.

Also why has the moisture migrated from my fanny to my nose? It's not fair.

Don’t panic. It passes. And then you have this wonderful energised time when you’re not blighted by the monthly hormone cycles. It’s your best chance of doing all the healthy things you can do to have the best old age to come.
I smelled of pee for the first 12 months of menopause. It drove me bananas. Then it disappeared, likewise aching joints. I didn’t get nose hair but I do get rogue massive hairs either springing from my eyebrows or under my chin.

Are you taking HRT ? I tried it via the GP it just made me fat and miserable so ive stopped but im tempted to pay for a private consultation.
See if i need more of a tweak or testosterone

Yes I'm on HRT (including testosterone). It's helped a lot with aches and pains and energy levels, but has done nothing for moisture and hair disappearing/appearing in the wrong places.
